[1] If a subscriber does not pay their subscription by the end of the grace period, the subscription will be considered broken.
[2] The period from the Subscription Due Date to the Re-Activation Date will be treated as a Broken Period Subscription.
[3] The maximum duration of a broken period is 365 days.
[4] To reactivate the plan, the subscriber must pay the subscription amount for the broken period.
[5] Subscribers can also choose to upgrade their current plan during the reactivation process.
[6] The new subscription period will start from the Re-Activation Date.
[7] Subscribers can revive their subscription within 365 days of the broken period. After that, they must register again as a new user.
[8] We will retain subscriber data for a maximum of 365 days during the broken period. After this period, the system will automatically delete all data, including Client ID, profile, and other associated information.
[9] Subscribers cannot make any claims related to their data or request refunds after the 365-day broken period has passed.
[10] If a subscriber reactivates after a price list revision, the revised prices will apply to the reactivation or revival.
[11] Subscribers must comply with all company "Rules and Regulations", and any revival policies as stated on the official website.
